Tyflos Accessible Software, a Spain-based startup specialized in the development of accessible software, has launched its third game app, Accessible Letter Soup, an accessible version of the well-know word search game.
The game, created by a blind developer, is very easy to play and available both in English and Spanish. Before beginning to play, users must select among three word categories: animals, colors and musical instruments. Future version will include more word categories.
Words can be found up, down, forward, backward or diagonally. Users will get a score for each word found. Score totals will depend on the number of words to be found selected before the beginning of the game, and on the size of the board.
Accessible Letter Soup is compatible with VoiceOver and Zoom for iOS. Board colors can be customized. Version 1.1 is already available for downloading from iTunes for 0.99 euros. For more information, please contact Tyflos Accessible Software on Twitter @TyfAccSoft.
